Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Atomic Tab (the “Extension”) and our related website/web portal (the “Portal”) (together, the “Services”), operated by Yesno Labs (“YESNO LABS BILISIM TEKNOLOJI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts (Premium Users)

Most Atomic Tab features can be used for free without creating an account. Premium features require an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3) Subscriptions and Premium Features

A. Plans

Premium features may be offered via monthly or yearly subscriptions purchased through the Portal.

B. Billing and auto-renewal

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the subscription fee and applicable taxes each billing period.

C. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the Portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless otherwise required by law.

D. Price changes

We may change subscription prices or plan features. If your price changes, we will provide notice as required by law and/or the payment processor’s rules. Changes typically apply at the next renewal.

E. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please visit paddle.net if you encounter any problems with your payment.

F. Refunds

Refunds are determined at the sole discretion of our merchant of record Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Please visit paddle.net if you think you have a valid reason for a refund. You can learn more about Paddle’s refund and dispute policy in Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.

4) License and Acceptable Use

A. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

B. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Services (except as permitted by law)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except as permitted by law)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features
  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
  • Attempt to access others’ accounts or data without permission

5) Your Data and Content

Atomic Tab may allow you to input content such as tasks, habits, and notes (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • Your User Content is stored locally on your browser storage. You may import or export your data manually to sync between devices.
  • You are responsible for your User Content and represent you have the rights to provide it.

6) Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Yesno Labs is not responsible for third-party services beyond what is required by law.

7) Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

8) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • We must do so to comply with law, or
  • Your use creates risk or harm to the Services, users, or others.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You can request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YESNO LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly reliable (for example, timers and sync features may be impacted by device settings, browser limitations, connectivity, or system constraints).

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YESNO LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YESNO LABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YESNO LABS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yesno Labs from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
