This Privacy Policy explains how Yesno Labs (“YESNO LABS BILISIM TEKNOLOJI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Atomic Tab (the “Extension”) and our related website/web portal (the “Portal”) (together, the “Services”).

1) Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • The Atomic Tab browser extension
  • Our web portal where premium users can sign up, log in, and manage subscriptions

If you use the Services without creating an account, many features can be used without providing personal information (see “Local-only data” below).

2) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: email address and password (stored in hashed form).
  • Support communications: information you include when contacting us (e.g., emails, bug reports).
  • Subscription-related information: your subscription plan status (e.g., monthly/yearly, active/canceled), billing history/receipts identifiers.
Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by Yesno Labs.

B. Information collected automatically

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Device and technical information: browser type/version, operating system, language, timestamps, and basic diagnostic data.
  • Usage information: interaction events such as feature usage, error logs, and performance metrics.

We do not intentionally collect the content of other websites you visit. The Extension is designed to function as a productivity tool (todo list, habit tracker, pomodoro timer).

C. Local-only data (free users, no account)

Atomic Tab can store certain data locally in your browser (for example, your:

  • todos and task lists,
  • habit tracking entries,
  • pomodoro/timer preferences,
  • basic app settings).

3) How We Use Information

  • Consent: where required (e.g., certain optional analytics or marketing)
  • Legal obligations: where we must comply with law

5) Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, databases, customer support tools). They may process data on our behalf under contractual protections.
  • Payment processor(s) to handle subscription payments and billing (we do not receive your full card number).
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security (e.g., responding to lawful requests).
  • Business transfers if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (we’ll provide notice where required).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6) Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Portal: may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, and measuring site performance.
  • Extension: typically uses browser storage (not third-party cookies) to save settings and your local data.

  • Logs/diagnostics: retained for a limited period to maintain and improve the Services.

8) Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
